Truxtun isn’t a retreat company — it’s a tribe.
Truxtun was the old Army lacrosse locker room at West Point—a sanctuary inside a demanding environment. It was family: our team room, study hall, weight room, and safe haven. That feeling of belonging is what we’re rebuilding for the next chapter of our lives.
Truxtun fills a gap that the system doesn't address—the identity shift that follows major life transitions. For elite performers, leaving a defining role means losing purpose, clarity, and connection. Truxtun delivers a full-spectrum protocol grounded in coaching, ceremony, and community to bring structure and long-term resilience to that shift. It’s not wellness. It’s leadership rebuilt from the inside out.
